Deep in the woods in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, there are a number of huts among the trees. The huts are left-over from the olden days when the small village was active in their tradition of charcoaling. Now that the charcoal industry has vanished the huts remain.
Andreas Ahlse purchased the cabins in the village and turned them into guest quarters. The cabins can be rented and the lifestyle can be re-lived.
You chop wood, start your own fire, cook your own food, and live in the outdoors.
On the next page are Fairy tale cabins in the woods. Make sure you watch the video at the end.
